  • How does the booking process work?
    There are four easy steps to booking an apartment. Please take a look at our How to Book section.
  • ¿Cómo puedo pagar mi reserva?
    You will need to pay 25% of the reservation to confirm your booking, the remainder must be paid upon arrival. You can pay the 25% deposit by credit card on our website or by bank transfer. If you have any other questions, please contact us via email or call us.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit for the rental?
    Yes, there is a cash deposit that you have to pay upon arrival at the apartment. The amount depends on the apartment, ranging from 100€ to 500€, please see the information page of the selected apartment. This deposit is returned 7 days after your departure.
  • How can I cancel my reservation?
    If the client cancels a fully prepaid reservation, there is a cancellation fee that will depend on the number of days remaining until their reservation date (see attached table). Please note that the 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable:
    • More than 90 days before: 25% of the total.
    • 60-89 days before: 50% of the total.
    • 30-59 days before: 75% of the total.
    • Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total.

    In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
  • What happens if I break something?
    Please call MacFlats as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to try to repair or replace the item and assess any costs involved.
  • When can I check in and check out?
    The apartment will be available at 16:00, check-out is at 12:00. Please request a late check-out earlier and we will do our best to accommodate your needs (depending on the availability of the accommodation). Check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 incurs a charge of 50% of the night's price. Check-out with departure after 18:00 will be charged as a full day.

    Please note that there is a €30 surcharge for arrivals between 21:00 and 1:00 a.m. Please note that check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00.
  • How can I get the keys?
    You will be greeted at the apartment upon arrival by a member of MacFlats staff who will give you the keys and show you around the apartment.
  • What if I need help or information during my stay?
    A member of MacFlats staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Guests will be given the phone number for assistance during their stay upon arrival.
  • Are supplies included?
    For stays of less than 7 days, utilities are always included in the price. For stays of more than 7 days, it will depend on the apartment booked. If you need more information, please contact us.
  • Do I need an adapter to use the devices?
    For all electrical appliances with a standard European mainland plug, no adapters are required. If your electrical appliances do not meet the European mainland standard, you will need a mainland European adapter.
